CAFI

San Ramón, Alajuela

A multi-page site for CAFI, a functional training center in San Ramón, Costa Rica: functional rehabilitation and metabolic health for people over 35, in groups of six at most. Instead of competing as one more gym, the site organizes the offer around the problem each person arrives with, with a program and a page for each one, and an assessment sheet that composes the WhatsApp message with the reason for the visit.

Functional Training

One program, one page, one problem

Core Reset for back pain, Meta Strong for metabolic health, Bio Shield for strength, Vita Strong for older adults, and Mama Care: each program has its own page and process, for the person looking to solve something specific and for Google, which finds one page per search. Massage therapy with the founder stands as a second service line with its own route.

An assessment that starts with the reason

"What brings you to CAFI?" opens a sheet with options (back pain, losing fat, gaining strength, massage, for my dad or mom) and shows the message as a WhatsApp bubble before sending. The owner gets every inquiry knowing why the person is coming, and the visitor doesn't have to write a thing.

Social proof with health discipline

Reviews advance on their own in a moving strip, and testimonials appear in the words of the people who train there. Every promise of results is a direct quote from the owner or his clients: the site's own copy never promises cures, the standard a business working with pain and health requires.
