Alvaro Aguilar Fitness Coach
Zona Sur, Costa Rica
A website for a personal trainer and fitness coach in Costa Rica's Zona Sur. The whole path is organized around a single idea — results are methodology, not luck — and cleanly separates the two ways to hire him: a 12-week virtual coaching program for busy professionals, and in-person training at three centers in Uvita, Dominical, and Ciudad Cortés. It is bilingual, shows real programming on video, and closes on WhatsApp.
The method, numbered and explained
The AA Performance System is presented as five numbered phases — strength, power, performance, endurance, and recovery — each with the concrete promise it delivers. It turns 'personalized training', which says nothing, into a system a visitor can read and understand before reaching out.
Two ways to train, kept separate
The 12-week virtual program is broken out into what it actually includes: short sessions three times a week, direct daily follow-up, and a nutrition plan guided by a sports nutritionist. In-person training lives on its own, with a card for each of the three spaces — Uvita Fitness & Wellness, Domi Fit Studio, and Fit City — listing their disciplines and linking to each location's Instagram.
Evidence on video, not adjectives
Rather than claiming the training is serious, the site shows it: video of a real strength-and-metcon block with a sound toggle, footage shot inside the gyms, and a section where the coach himself competes in the masters category. More than 20 years of coaching carries the argument without inflated numbers.
