A site for Fisioterapia Clínica de la Salud M.R, a physiotherapy and functional rehab clinic in Tibás, written for whoever usually makes the appointment: the son or daughter looking for help for their father or mother. It presents the physiotherapist, his training, and his specialties (older adults, surgery and injuries, athletes, and manual therapy), organizes his YouTube channel into a library by topic, and turns every 'Book an appointment' into a WhatsApp message already written for whoever the appointment is for.
Booking in the voice of whoever decides
Every 'Book an appointment' opens a sheet that asks 'Who is the appointment for?' (my dad, my mom, a relative, me) and shows the message in a WhatsApp bubble before sending it. Each section passes its own context (surgery, sports, manual therapy), so 16 different messages arrive ready to answer, without a single form to fill in.
His YouTube channel, organized to decide
The physiotherapist's own exercise videos become a 24-video library in four topic tabs, played inside the site one at a time, with a 'See all on YouTube' filtered by topic. Each specialty card pairs a video with a patient review, so visitors see how he works before writing.
Built to be read at any age
Body text at 18 to 19 pixels, 56-pixel buttons, no text below 16, and contrast measured even over photos, with typefaces chosen for easy reading. Every image is real, no stock or AI, and the site loads not a single third-party script: mobile Lighthouse of 98, accessibility at 100, and the main content visible in 1.35 seconds on a phone.
