Guana Shuttle Service

Liberia, Guanacaste

A complete redesign for Guana Shuttle Service, a private transfer company running from Liberia Airport (LIR) across Guanacaste — a 100% English site for US and Canadian travelers. The old WordPress was rebuilt into 39 fast pages: 28 destinations with distance, drive time, and published rates, a 301 redirect for every old URL to preserve the SEO already earned, and every inquiry measured — form submissions and WhatsApp clicks with per-ad attribution — as the foundation of its Google Ads campaign. Nexo's first full-cycle project: redesign + SEO + measured advertising.

Tourist Transportation

28 destinations, each with its own page

Tamarindo, Papagayo, Sámara, the peninsula resorts, and even La Fortuna: every route publishes distance, drive time, starting rate, what's included, and its own FAQ — all real client data, nothing estimated. That surface is both the site's long-tail SEO and the landing page for every ad.

A redesign that doesn't throw the SEO overboard

The previous WordPress site already had ranking pages; every old URL now answers with a 301 redirect to its new equivalent, and the sitemap and Search Console follow the same structure. The result loads as a static site: mobile Lighthouse from 97 to 100, with the main content painted in under a second measured against production.

Every inquiry measured, every ad attributed

The quote form and WhatsApp clicks are logged with their origin — organic search or the exact Google Ads ad — and each inquiry reaches the owner by email with the reply button already prepared. The campaign isn't run blind: it's known which ad brought each passenger and which routes convert.
