Sisterhood
San Pedro, San José
An online store for Sisterhood, an importer of Colombian leather footwear and fashion in San Pedro, selling both retail and wholesale. The catalog filters by collection, every model shows its sizes, sales, and made-to-order pieces, and the cart closes the purchase by card, SINPE, or bank transfer. Wholesale lives on its own, in a section for resellers that's handled through a WhatsApp conversation. Behind it, a panel where two people manage the inventory, with a change log and a monthly report for Excel.
Card, SINPE, or transfer, in the same cart
The cart builds the order with quantities per model and a single nationwide shipping rate, and checkout offers three ways to pay. Cards are charged on a hosted payment page, so no card data ever passes through the site; SINPE and bank transfer register the order and continue on WhatsApp with its order number. On every purchase the price is read again on the server, not in the browser.
A panel for two, with a change log and an Excel report
Two people manage the same inventory, each with their own login, and every change is recorded with their name, the before, and the after. Prices are edited from the list in two taps, sales show the old price struck through, and a model, or a single size, can be marked made-to-order with the lead time the store sets. At month's end, the sales and movements report downloads for Excel, and when the store added clothing to its footwear, the new categories were created from the panel, with nothing rebuilt.
Retail is bought, wholesale is a conversation
The store separates its two businesses on purpose: public prices and a cart for retail, and a dedicated section for resellers, 'Crecer juntas', with a three-step process and a WhatsApp quote, without a single wholesale price published. The identity comes from the brand's logo: its didone sets the typeface, and the palette takes the cream, gold, leather, and red of its line.
